July 4th Weekend Fun

As you can see I'm a little behind on my blog posts so in order to catch up I'm doing 3 posts! I celebrated July 4th at the lake and unfortunately I had to work Friday but was able spend the weekend at the lake with my family! Here a few pics from the holiday weekend!

Old Navy shorts ~ These are as close as it gets for me to the Banana Republic Milly Elephant Shorts (have you seen the price on Ebay for those shorts, OUTRAGEOUS!) and with the nautical theme trending, I think the shorts are right on point! (again these were purchased last year, similar here and here)

Starbucks was definitely needed after having to work Friday and I may or may not have taken a short nap before leaving to go back to the lake!

We enjoyed a morning boat ride on Saturday! I'm so glad and thankful that the weather held up!

 

My nephew and cousin loved looking over the front of the boat!

 

On Saturday evening we said a prayer that the storm would pass over and went to see the fireworks at Raysville Marina. I must say it was one of the best shows I have ever seen! They even had parachute fireworks (how cool is that!)
